The frame data written on each character's page refers to when the character performing the throw has his/her throw broken. For instance, if Lee's 1+3 throw says -3, this means Lee is at a -3 frame disadvantage when his 1+3 throw is broken. Knowing how much advantage or disadvantage you have after a throw is broken can be important in determining your next move. Also, certain data is included, such as Heihachi being at +3 frame advantage when his df+2+3 throw isn't broken. Please post comments if you find any inaccuracies.
